Non modified CB radios, radar detectors, microphones, antenna mounting kits and antenna systems that are defective are returnable within 15 days of the original sale date for an item for item exchange. Read the excluded brands below.
The product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, all accessories and literature. We will exchange (the defective item only) if any part of the items listed (including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, all accessories and literature) are missing.
CB's are non returnable for exchange if ordered with any internal modifications including performance tune ups. Under these conditions these items must be returned to the Manufacture for repair.
The following items must be returned to the manufacture for repair/replacement at the manufactures discretion. - J&M motorcycle products, Cardo Scala Rider Products, GPS, IMC products, Arai Helmets and Nolan Helmets. Refer to the warranty policy for contact phone numbers.
We will pay the freight back to the customer (UPS Ground or USPS Priority shipping methods only) excluding international orders only in the event a fault or defect is found.
International orders include Hawaii, Canada and Mexico territories. Please call for an RA number before shipping an item to our facility.
RA Numbers - The RA number must be printed on the outside of the box. A package returned without an RA number will be refused. No C.O.D's please. We do not accept C.O.D's.
The provisions of this guarantee shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect mechanical or electrical installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, nor to units which have been repaired or altered or scratched.

Motorcycle Helmets: A special order item or a close out can not be returned. All special order items and close outs are clearly marked.
A motorcycle helmet can be returned within 7 days of the ship date.
A motorcycle helmet must be in like new condition with no scratches or abrasions. A motorcycle helmet can not be returned if the helmet was ordered with a helmet headset installed. Freight

Open Box Items (J&M Motorcycle Products, Cardo Scala Rider Headsets, Radar Detectors,
Antenna Systems, Motorcycle Helmets) that have been removed from the box. We want our customers to be satisfied with the product they have purchased. We realize that at times an item may be purchased that will not work for your particular circumstance or just may not be what you thought it was. We will take the item back with a 35% restocking fee. Understand that the item can not be sold as new. The item must be sold as an open box item. We will not sell you an open box as a new item and therefore can not purchase an open box item back as new. The product
must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC
bar code, packaging, all accessories and literature. A motorcycle helmet can not be returned if the helmet was ordered with a helmet headset installed. A CB radio can not be returned if it was ordered with any service what so ever including performance tune ups. The item will not be returnable if it has been tampered with.
