Money order, cashiers check, personal or business check with
a 10 day hold for the item to clear the bank. Checks should be made payable to Motorcycle-communications.com.

| Pay Pal requires all businesses to follow the following rules in order to comply with the seller protection policy. |
Confirmed Address - The package must ship to a confirmed address on file with Pay Pal. A confirmed address is an address that has been established by Pay Pal as belonging to the Pay Pal account holder. An unconfirmed address is a an address that Pay Pal hasn't been able to reliably associate with the Pay Pal account holder. |
| Signature Required - The package must ship signature required when the dollar amount of the order is $250.00 or more. |
| Multiple Payments - The order must be completed with one payment. |

| J&M Products |
| If you
are not satisfied with the quality and sound of your J&M
brand helmet headset, we will buy it back. We give you
15 days from the date of purchase to hook the headset up and check
it out. If you are not completely satisfied with any J&M helmet
headset purchased from Motorcycle-communications.com, we will take it back within 15 days from the date of the original purchase. The
product must be in its original condition, including the
box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. Freight
is non refundable. The
customer is responsible for freight back to our facility. Please
call for an RA number before shipping an item to our facility.
The RA number must be printed on the outside of the box.
A package returned without an RA number will be refused.

| Radar Detection & GPS Systems |
| Radar detectors and GPS systems are returnable within
15 days of the sale date, and are subject to a 20% restocking
fee if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. The product
must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar
code, packaging, all accessories and literature. Please email us for an RA number. The RA number must be printed on the outside of the box.
A package returned without an RA number will be refused.

| Missing accessories |
| The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit
amount of a return. For exchanges, we will exchange what the
customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.) |

| Exchange Policy |
| We offer an item for item exchange for the following products when found defective within 30 days of the sale date. The product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all literature. J&M products including helmet headsets, bike to bike radios, intercom systems, mounting hardware and antenna systems, Police radar detection, and GPS receivers. The customer is responsible for freight to and from our facility. Please email us for an RA number before shipping an item to our facility. The RA number must be printed on the outside of the box. A package returned without an RA number will be refused. No C.O.D's please. We do not accept C.O.D's. |

| Low Price Guarantee! |
| We want you to have confidence that you have not only purchased a quality product but have also purchased it at the right price. If you find the J&M product you have purchased at a lower
price, we will refund the difference. We give you 30
days after the sale to shop around. If you find a verifiable
delivered price on a new system lower than our price,
we will refund the difference. |
| Manufacture Warranty |
| J&M Corporation warrants each new product it manufactures to be free from defective materials and workmanship. J&M agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit (at there option), provided the unit is delivered to them, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to there factory, for a period of two (2) years from date of sale to the original purchaser. The provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any unit which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, incorrect mechanical or electrical installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, nor to units which have been repaired or altered outside of the J&M factory. |
| Garmin warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Garmin International Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component or unit that fails under normal use, to include the entire unit with a "newly-overhauled" (NOH) unit or new unit. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor; however, the customer shall be responsible for any transportation costs. This warranty does not cover failures due to abuse, misuse, accident, or unauthorized alterations or repairs. Garmin International, Inc. assumes no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of use. |
| Whistler's current radar detectors are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of original purchase against all defects in materials and workmanship. A dated proof of purchase must be provided. |
